Delivery & Returns
Items are sent using Royal Mail. We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of purchase but please allow up to 3-4 working days from the date of your order.
Due to the current situation, Royal Mail can experience delays, so please do take this into account when ordering.
If your order is urgent or needed by a particular date, then please do get in touch stating your order number and we will do our very best to accommodate.
We currently only ship to UK Mainland addresses. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public & Bank Holidays.
If you choose the Royal Mail Signed For service then a signature will be required on all parcels, so please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order, however if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot be liable for the cost of postage.
If any items show as out of stock, you can use the stock notification form on the product page and we will contact you as soon as they become available.

Free UK Standard delivery on all orders over £50 provided by Royal Mail.
We hope you love the products you order from us! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please contact us with all requests for a refund or exchange within 7 working days from the day you receive your order. Please let us know the reason for the return and we will advise the best way to proceed. Once agreed, returned goods must reach us within a further 7 days. All returns must be unused, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings or unsealed toiletry products unless the goods are damaged or defective, then you must report this to us within 2 days of receipt of your order. We cannot accept returns on any opened items unless there is a fault, so please advise us of this within the 2 days. Perishable items are non-refundable.
Please note we cannot process a refund until we have received the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund as regrettably, shipping costs are non-refundable (although some exceptions may apply).
You will be responsible for return postage costs of your items. Please mail to us using Recorded Delivery to the address below clearly marking the box ‘Returns’ and including your original invoice/order number with your contact details:
